His next hearing is after his May 4th fight with Mayweather, it wont affect the fight . . . in fact it will only give the fight more publicity (whether intentional or not)

The stupidity began when NYC made it a federal crime to have an unloaded hand gun in one's suitcase. The Ghost will still has his pay day. He is only accused and not convicted. At most he will get a huge fine and probation.

    1) Not a federal crime it is a NY state crime.

    2) Its the magazine ban that ****ed him over big time, fortunately for him the magazine ban looks to be getting modified in the state since there are no magazines in creation that meet the ban and no plans for any gun company to comply.

The airport part is just ridiculously stupid. I can't wrap my head around that.

It is funny how certain posters are defending Guerrero in this...it was an all-time idiot move...so pants on head ******ed I can't even fathom it. Can you imagine the shitstorm if this had happened to Broner or Floyd?

I can understand Robert NOT knowing, but how no one else around him (especially his management/promoter) not catching it is dumbfounding.

If any common sense is applied (good luck with that - the DA seems to already have a hard on for this case) he should be let off with a warning - a fine at very worst. Obviously the priority is to get convictions and not to "protect and serve".

    Publicity stunt?

    HA.

This is NYC boy, the DA's here live for this ****. They are the worst kind of DA's imaginable.

NYC gun laws are the ****ing worst, what Ghost did wouldn't be illegal ANYWHERE but NYC (for the most part). He wasn't even carrying the gun on his person, but in a locked box.

The DA's in NYC like to set examples of names they can get in the newspapers. He's ****ed.

You are correct thank you but IMO this makes it even less likely he will do time.
