well this proves nothing. Just shows how much they respect Manny to make a sparring match this important.

Who brags about sparring? Disliking the Guerreros more and more as the they build up this fight. His Dad is a complete **** as well!

I tend to back the underdog which usually means choosing Floyd's opponents. In this case I'm backing Floyd all the way! Hope he gets it done by KO!

Every time I hear a story about sparring it makes me wonder

did the great fighter like manny go east and the good fighter guerrero go real hard to prove something even when the great fighter really didnt try

happens a lot, good to ok athletes over perform in practice to try and get the respect for testing a better athlete

though at this point in time considering manny and his current state guerrero probably has a decent shot

Maybe, just maybe, RG isn't an old shot fighter who was recently KTFO or completely outclassed and at the end of his career like Maragrito, Mosley, De La Hoya, Hatton, Morales, Barrera, and even the great Juan Manuel Marquez.

    Ever thought about that...brah? :think

    Sparring doesnt really mean anything.

Who knows where they are in their training regime when they spar.

We can all dig up that sparring session where Spadafora was laying it on Floyd.

    Its just sparring

Guerrero is a counterpuncher so I'm not shocked that he had some success for a few rounds. A real 12 round match is a different story, even against today's version of Pac.

right...because the fight between floyd and spadafora showed us that paul wasn't in his league.

pac has always been known to be a beast in sparring. roach would offer guys $1000 if they drop him. pac has put a hurting on plenty of guys in the wildcard.

when pac and guerrero sparred...it was a big deal. robert has belonged on this level for quite some time. he's just had setbacks in his career.
