Guerrero will give Mayweather his toughest fight in several years

He is a cherry pick, he is a former feather and he has not beat anybody special at WW, Berto and Aydin are you ****ing kidding me?

 

Genaro you sound like a bit of a nut hugger to be honest. i think it will be a better fight then some think but floyd will win a ud without to many problems

Stupid ****s like say "manny, Bradley, "insert another Top Rank fighter". Those fights do not and will not happen, ever. Top Rank fighters do not fight Floyd. Period.

The best possible fight @ 147 is Ghost. Ghost moved up two weight classes and beat an undefeated Aydin and a "supposedly hungry" Berto. By the way, just about everyone (including ~90% of ESB) predicted Berto to dominate Ghost. Ghost has absolutely earned a shot.

Floyd's 36 and Ghost is a good fighter. Not elite, but good. This will be very competitive.

In theory, he would. However, if you think for a minute that whatever referee assigned to this bout will let Guerrero fight inside/somewhat 'dirty' in this bout is out of their mind. Thus advantage Floyd.

To me, it kinda reminds me of Ruiz/Roy Jones. In that Ruiz is a dirty fighter, hold/grab/hold/punch but was 'effective.' Jay Nady, who was the ref, didn't allow Ruiz to employ that 'style.' and thus thwarted any chance Ruiz would have had.

I co-sign G.G. People are sleeping on Guerrero. He is the typical fighter that is more than the sum of his parts. He can box, he can fight on the inside, he can fight dirty, he won't be intimidated in the build up. Floyd is getting older coming from a long lay-off. Floyd will win a competitive UD in my mind and people will **** on Floyd just because they were expecting him to wipe out Guerrero.

thats how tough of a fight in reality it is

 

I think it will be tougher than the odds suggest, but you're probably right. Most of us will order the ppv hoping to see a better fight than the odds suggest.

this will be one of those fights where you wont see the odds drop much if any.... people simply aint throw away money by betting on this....

 

this will be a replica of the Floyd/JMM...you know the whole layoff thing then he proceeds to dismantle JMM who was extremely overmatched but Floyd looked so good off a layoff.

this will be the same thing....he comes off a layoff in the ring with an overmatched opponent but there are questions marks and people start reading deeply into things and creates somewhat of a buzz....fight commenses...Floyd dominates....and he will once again be touted as the best today.

Now some of the hardcore followers of course wont be impressed and will nit pick as they always do...unless he fights a 154champ or go to 160 im convinced they will never be satisfied, in this instance with RG though...they have right to be suspect of the whole ordeal.

With that said....im a Floyd fan so i will watch the fight as i would with any of his opponents...but i full well expect a complete masterclass. Everything points towards a Floyd masterclass if you ask me.
