Floyd's 36 not 32-33, so this isn't happening. Also, Ghost has had some fights at 147... against decent competition too. Ghost is young/prime, JMM was old and fading. These are different circumstances.

I'm so tired of hearing or reading the thing like this:

Floyd has never fought the fighter like Hatton before.

Victor Ortiz will give Floyd the toughest in his life, or

Cotto will be the toughest fighter that Floyd has met so far, and blah blah blah..................

and now the same old **** has started again.

Let me tell you something man. It's bull**** to say that Guerrero will give Floyd the toughest fight in several years.

    No, he won't.:nono

a well conditioned 36 year old who fights once a year not to mention his brilliance in the ring...he still is leaps and bounds better than RG could ever be.

RG is a decent fighter and yes has had decent competition.....but the key word is DECENT.

I think we can agree Floyd Mayweather is far far beyond decent especially in the ring.

He is too good at what he does and RG is decent at what he does. Floyd will be motivated too...people over look that.

If anything, the timing benefits Guerrero more so than Floyd. Floyd is coming of a 1yr lay-off,is now 36, spent 2 months in jail that takes a toll mentally and physically, is now trajning with his dad which could cause them to bump heads while Guerrero is active, his body has filled out for 147, is extremely hungry and motivated since this is the first chance someone has given him(Marquez, and Khan both avoided him) and is in his physical prime, younger and fresher than Floyd. This fight has upset written all over it imho. If Guerrero can fight like hes possessed by the Holy Ghost, he just might pull it off.

so Genaro G we been looking for your thoughts for the whole day.

Will this legal mess and likely jail time affect Guerrero for this fight?

He will most likely be the aggressor.

Floyd knows how to nullify a southpaw jab by using his left hand. Guerrero's left hand will probably connect more than Floyd would like but it doesn't carry much power at this weight unless you're running into it.

I think Guerrero will try to neutralize Floyd's speed with his high workrate, awkwardness and rough house tactics but I don't see this working for more than 3-4 rounds. I see the fight becoming very one-sided down the stretch with Guerrero getting popped with sharp right hands almost at will.

I dont think so. I was more curious as to why hes been doing media since monday. Has he been training at all these last few days? We're about 6 weeks away from the fight and hes taken almost a week out of his training schedule.
