    I first pasted this to someone cause I argued that Cooney could do to Haye what Wlad did by using his height and reach, so I checked the straight shots and mhade a decent arguement but have also changed my mind a bit, Cooney only threw a couple of hooks in that first round, both however were long hooks, kind of semi jabs, which would have also been effective against Haaye who couldn`t get inside of long range punches from long reaches, Valuev was too slow fisted.

    I thought maybe Jethro would do it instead, as his father Max Baer Sr was a former World Heavyweight Champion and his uncle Buddy Baer was a top contender who fought Joe Louis.

    Jethro would have had the ring IQ of a Double-Naught Spy but not the intimidating toughness and willingness to mix it up with that big jackrabbit that Granny Clampett had. You notice Jethro always backed down when Granny gave him the 1,000-yard stare.

    IIRC he had a brief (on-show) flirtation with Sharon Tate, who had a bit role in one of the earlier seasons. She of the Manson Family slayings.
