OH SNAP. I'm sorry guys. I completely blanked on a hint that I'd meant to give in the first place on LR#2 (Overall Mystery Boxer 5) - I've been wondering how it has taken you guys so long for this one, and only just now reviewed the original Clue paragraph only to discover belatedly my omission gaffe.

So here, to make it up to you: a hint bonanza. No excuses now.

This person had a ~94% winning percentage in the amateurs.
This person is ambidextrous, but was taught boxing in the lefty stance.
This person has done a duet with a Canadian balladeer of their signature tune.

 

Now we're cooking!!! 8/12 guessed, of the first-wave "singles" competitors.

 

The original Pacman clue that I accidentally left out was him being a lefty. I figured that, combined with his COWLD (combined opponents' win-loss-draw) value being in the same ballpark as Mayweather's/Tszyu's (in terms of winning percentage, with even higher values in bouts fought by opponents! - thus putting him in hallowed company) would be enough of a starting-off point for everyone to boil it down to him fairly early on. I can see how without that critical hint it was more difficult.

Again, my (admittedly ambitious) idea in the first place here was to have people use the clues in conjunction with analysis of the COWLD values given to triangulate on an answer. ie, if you have a very high COWLD value (high winning percentage & large number of overall fights fought by opponents) you'r'e probably one of two things: an elite, or a sought-after journeyman. Then you have to start accounting for different things, like "if someone's values are otherwise high and the clues indicate they were a champion (not a journeyman), then why is the loss column in their COWLD so much higher than you'd expect?" - and then you realize that a single fight with a guy like Peter Buckley, for instance, can throw a spanner in the works.

I think in hindsight a lot of you will be kicking yourselves over Pacman glaring you in the face this long (even sans the southpaw clue, which, again - mea culpa...which is why I basically offered him up to you guys gift-wrapped)

Yeah, I just tallied and got 70, and triple-checked it. Apologies! It appears that was a finger-flub, must've double-counted somebody with 3 draws when putting his entry together. I tried for the most part to be very careful about computational errors by always checking my work. I made Pac's at four something in the morning, guess I was too sleepy for number-crunching. (the following entry, LR#3/overall #6, which came even later that night, has low enough values that we can probably assume the math is correct, but let me QC it now anyway...)

 

Somebody actually just got that one - it was Manny Pacquiao! (but Iamthuam is a pretty good guess!)

I'll give you a freebie: this mystery person is quite a bit (physically) smaller than Gevor.

Another: Gevor has actually fought somebody that is still up for grabs on the list above.

 

Nicely done!!! That wasn't even a very big hint IMO.

"Smaller than Gevor" could encompass anyone from straw through middleweight (although I suppose below a certain weight threshold you aren't going to find too many Europeans in the mix)
