Martinez before the Cotto fight was ranked #7 P4P by the Ring.

He should be ahead of Marquez at this point. rigo is too low. I'm guessing 7 or 8

I predict he'll be at 8, ahead of Froch and Alvarez. Rigo will go up one place to 7.

It is crazy to think that someone who lost 2 of his last 3 entering the Sergio bout was ranked anywhere near the top 10, honestly.

I think he is outside the top 10 myself.

Well, they had Martinez at 7, so it would be unrealistic to place Cotto any higher than that.

No reason why he won't take Martinez' place, though.

That's why I'm guessing if he cracks it, he'll be at #10. Especially considering Martinez was 39yrs old, coming off a long layoff, and knee surgery. Also don't know where they had Garcia, or Roman Gonzalez ranked outside their top 10. Maybe either one of them was #11 and enters while Cotto moves closer to the cusp

Realistically, Cotto should have always been rated p4p higher than Martinez. I never considered Martinez worthy to be in the top10 p4p list.

Well one of them was to Floyd, don't see how that really affects his p4p ranking too much. It would have if he was #1 and Floyd was #2, But Cotto was bottom top 10 fighting #1, he was expected to lose.

Doesn't make it. Also Roman Gonzalez wasn't on the list last week but someone entered at 9. Ok, Sergio fell of but no explanation as to why he leapfrogged Canelo.
