    Dude,guess who showed up at my church on Wednesday evening bible study?

    SAMUEL PETER!!!

    Samuel Peter:happy:admin
    Caught him at the tail end of service as he was getting into his Benz. I apologized to

    him for not introducing myself earlier..I didn't recognize hin at first..

    I said "you look like a famous boxer"

    He said I am from Africa.

    I said," yeah, was going to say..you kind of look like Samuel Peter..he's from Africa. Not sure if you know him.."

    "yeah, I do know him..that's me.":patsch

    Didn't want to bug him for pics..then it dawned on me that he is the Nigerian nightmare.

    Very gentle dude.

    That's cool :) At first I thought you were going to say Shane Mosely or Roy Jones cos they attend church as well but meeting Samuel Peter's is awesome!

    Yeah, he's a tank. I didn't know this but Vegas has a decent Nigerian population.

    I'd worry about his health though..

    I didn't follow his career too much. I know he fought the kilt bro.

    Manny is his own church and I stopped worshipping at that one after the Mosley fight..

    I don`t think he`s actually "turned to the lord". Pretty sure he was always a SUPER religious dude.....don't want to offend anyone here....but super religious to the point of being half a nut. Heard something about him talking in tongues or something.

    I think I stopped worshiping at that alter when he started talking about hearing the voice of god in a forest and ****. I didn`t realized he was that power hungry. Cause that **** is ****ed. Its basically straight out of the machiavelli play book.

    He lost to everyone in that list bar Toney and Maskaev but a pretty good career topped off by winning the WBC belt

    That was the final straw for me. I understand the experience he's going through cause I acted like that, but he's got to step back on that.

    The first fight with Wlad he made it into a nightmare and had him on the canvas a few times

    However Vitali handled him easily to take the WBC belt from him

    He had a close fight with Eddie Chambers and Won a handfull of fights before returning into the ring with Wladimir who was much improved from the first time and stopped him in the 10th, he fought Robert Helenius after but he was pretty much spent at this point and got knocked out in 9 and hasnt fought since
