    Right made my mind up....Im BACK! Know I know that dont mean a lot to you guys but it does to me.Decide to head back into training so im looking for advice on how to ease myself back in.

    I dont want to jump straight into working out in the gym without building a solid base to work from....because will need to really impress the trainers and coach to prove im serious.

    I was light-middle/cruser weight and with a week or 2 of weights I could hit heavyweight but right now more like a super heavy-weight!
    Need to loose weight and regain some of my sharpness before hitting the gym again.

    So any one willing to help me with a programme?

    I think you should just join a gym and impress the coaches with your dedication right away. People go to gym out of shape all the time, getting them in shape is exactly what gyms are made for.

    If you don't join a gym just run to lose weight and then join. You will not gain boxing sharpness unless you box.

    technique will still be there.

    run.

    get back into the typical stuff - calisthenics, jumping rope, boxing work (obviously).

    stay focused. don't let this be a transient phase where you are passionate but soon lose the fire when things don't go as you planned (because they won't).

    Yea NWILL that is what happend the last time but It wont be happening this team.Plus if I do start dropping my attitude I can just pop in here and im sure you guys will help a brother out with advice and motivation.Cheers
