Ortiz always looked too big for 140. He weighed 164 pounds on fight night against Floyd.

He is a waste of time. Coming down to the bright lights of London with Billy Joe and crew OMG. Needed to go to America.

Where do you get this from? What have you seen at 140 from Gavin to suggest thats his 'optimum weight'? People were complaining about some of his stoppages early on in his career (against weaker oppositio)' so the 'he hits harder, he's stronger' theory is just that 'A THEORY'. Arguably his best win (and performance) was the Lomax fight. A fight in which he had trained as a Welter for a good few weeks, and was fighting a full live Welterweight. Not one complaint about the stoppage there was there? and he fought from round 2 with virtually ONE HAND.

Ortiz may have achieved 2/3 times as much at the respective points in their careers but in reality he isn't 2 times the fighter. In fact he's probably half as talented as Frank. Whether Frank utilises his talents in a way such as Ortiz is another thing.

Again where does this come from? You can criticise Franks diet previously and his lack of dietry understanding, but you cant criticise his training. Anyone who's been to the gym (Arnie's) will confirm to you that Frank worked very very hard. He didn't go out drinking, he didn't go out eating takeaways etc etc. He did his training as he was supposed, he did his roadwork outside of the gym. So he didn't eat what he should, and more importantly WHEN HE SHOULD but to suggest he was lazy is a pretty absurd and quite frankly (No PUN intended) insulting.

Franks chose a weight now, lets see how he builds into the weight before criticising him AGAIN.
