...under the banner of PBC, having finally rid himself of contractual entanglements with Caribe Promotions.

You hear that crinkling noise? LSC's cojones just shriveled up. :deal:

He can prob get the big fights now after the way he punked out against Lomachenko. That truly was one of the most embarrassing quit jobs in the history of sport. "I've bruised my hand." GTFOH.

Yeah, probably the most dramatically a curtain has ever been pulled aside to reveal the mortal behind the wizard projection.

Carl Frampton literally admitted, publicly, that he intended to duck Rigondeaux outright. That's how feared the guy was. Then he fought Lomachenko, and lost probably 99% of that aura in less than an hour.

I wonder who is going to fight him and lose money on it.
One of the biggest disappointments in sports in the recent history for me.

    Read this last week.
Usually boxers don't turn to the PBC to get more active, but in Rigo's case it makes sense.

Well, if Al wants to maximize his profits he's going to shove him and Terremoto into the ring together regardless of who does or doesn't want it, and while Rigondeaux is probably going to be (at least psychologically) damaged goods now on top of pushing 40 - and thus never the same fighter he was, and would get further humiliated and maybe knocked out if he was ever foolish enough to pursue a Lomachenko rematch - he does, stylistically, have Léodegario's # down to about the millionth decimal point. :sisi1

In his case signing with Don King would guarantee a spike in activity.

I literally couldn't believe how meekly he surrendered. Sure, hyped fighters have fell short before and will do again but it's unusual to see a top drawer talent capitulate in such an embarrassing way.

So, it's Al Haymon who is "a promoter who keeps his boxers active", LOL ...

aka the guy that is still a massive stylistic quandary for literally anybody else in a maybe three-division radius except for Lomachenko himself.

    Yes.

It’s a shame the Loma loss happened like that. Ppl only remember that and not his achievements beforehand including as an amateur

Hopefully he has a chance to redeem himself with this return and go out on a high
