I think rigo is solid....above average but has impeccable composure. He still has a lot to do as a pro before he's mentioned with guys like Mayweather or Pac. I honestly think he would struggle against opposition on his level....to pit him with established Rout level guys is silly right now. Broner...or Gary Jr.....would be good step up.....Nonito is biting off more than he can chew right now.

Based on his 2 gold medals and win over a fringe contender in his last fight.

Lomachenko - 355-1 with 2 Olympic Golds at different weights, 2 World championships at different weights, a Val Barker trophy, Junior champ and beat every Cuban he's ever faced.

Rigondeaux - approx 400-12. Also 2 Olympic Golds and 2 time world champion at Bantam. No Val Barker. Lost 12 times as an amateur.

Just curious as to how you can say Rigondeaux was a much better amateur and fighter than Lomachenko? Lomachenko is also only 24 years old with far better technique and a more aggressive style than Rigondeaux which makes his record even more mind blowing.
Rigondeaux is great but be objective, Lomachenko was a better amateur. Lomachenko has beaten everyone in the amateurs while using a pro style. Not with the Cuban counter punching pitter pat style designed to win amateur contests but with using body punches and head snapping uppercuts.

So who is going to step up to the plate? Rigondeaux is been asking for that "special" fighter but so far none has raise his hand to answer...

I think 130 lbs is a stretch, he could easily go down to 118 or up to 126 but not 130-35.
