I am a believer after his last fight before that I was on the fence but now I see he does have a killer instinct in him I see he is the real deal.
Hey Dustaine I wanted to ask you but never got the chance finally do you think Vitali is a better boxer than Solis or not?
:huh well, I'm Mexican and I would agree "EL Chacal" has what it takes to be a future P4P king. I wouldn't want to kill no one for making a comment like that.
You didn't ask me but I'll give you my 2 cents, I think Solis is a better boxer than VK but he is a lazy f**k, Vitali through out his career has shown discilpine and respect for the game ( execpt in his Byrd fight) he has used his size to his advantage as well as any fighter past or present, but as a pure boxer, Solis hands down.
There is always an exception to the rule, but you know how ppl are in ESB, is the last name is not Pacquio, Donaire, Klits, Alvarez or Marquez you are hyped job, I apologized if some how I had offend you that was not my intention, it was more of a sarcastic comment.
No, not offended compay, I understand what you mean. Even though I'm Mexican I don't just root for Mexican boxers. Just letting you know "que este Mejicano apoya a El Chacal." :good
It's very possible that he will climb to the #1 P4P position, the guy has it all but the only thing is that he is 30 years old already. But who knows until how long he can fight strong! In skills, pure talent and amateur experience Rigondeaux is like no other, that's a fact! I say, " YES " !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, I don't know for absolute certain. It's boxing and anything can happen. But for what he's done in beating Cordoba relatively comfortably (although not an exciting fight) in his seventh fight shows that he's something special. Cordoba is a top fighter in his own right, look at his fight with Poonsawat and he beat Caballero which is a big victory. That, along with the skills he has shown in the amateurs tells me he is one of the best around. He's been in with the cream of the crop in the amateurs and made them look like novices. Out of Donaire, Gamboa and Lopez, I actually think Donaire poses the biggest threat. Rigo's defence is much better than Gamboa's and Lopez', but Donaire is closer to Rigo in terms of skill, the other two rely more on their excellent physical attributes.
rigo will be top 5 p4p in a year or two , love his style when he comes forward i hope he keeps boxing like this , it looks like his arms are loaded with springs when he starts banging away
