    Probably seems a bit slick, given how timing worked out with me posting that not even two minutes before literally that exactly did happen...but I was really just mooting a "what if" and thinking, if anything, it might happen around the championship rounds.     Rigo probably was ahead on the cards :risas3: Wouldn't be surprised. Rigo is simply old as **** and should retire. He can't fight like that quite often or he'll pay the price soon. His body will pay back. You can get old over night and still winning fights, but if you're old over night and fighting wars and getting hit with around 200 shots in 7-8 rounds ...no way it's possible to continue like that without getting hurt and stopped sooner or later.

    If he's with Al Haymon that is absolutely going to be his trajectory. Haymon loves building up white Midwestern dudes to show that his cache of prospects is "diverse", and then matching them aggressively, watching them go bust and shrugging "what are you gonna do?"

    Akeem hanging in there very well, though. He's drawn blood from the nose, snapped back his foe's head a few times, and landed at roughly the same clip after getting outlanded by a fair margin in the first.
