I agree that Donaire needs to throw punches and hopefully they will incorporate that into his game plan more rather than wait for the big knockout punch.

This is definitely possible because it's on the highest stage. The fight is in New York City which is the biggest city in the USA and one of the biggest in the world.

No problem, yeah street fights are brutal because there's no gloves involved.

Rigo has power but your underestimating Donaire's solid defense. Donaire hasn't been dropped or wobbled in a very long time.

In the Road to Donaire-Rigondeaux show, Max Kellerman said Rigondeaux was the greatest amateur boxer ever so you could make a case for him being best boxer ever too if you include amateur status in the discussion.

I think Rigondeaux is mainly talking about his amateur career combined with his young pro career. And yes, even though he is boasting he definitely has a very solid ground to. Rigondeaux was as dominant as he could be, the best amateur P4P fighter from 1998 to 2006 ( above Lomachenko and Shiming ).

If he manages to beat the crap out of Donaire on 4/13 ( which I think he will ), will he be considered the best ever ???

    ;)

Yeah but Kellerman knows boxing and is one of the brightest minds in the sport. So his opinion is respected among the boxing community.
