Just an FYI guys Rigonadeaux and Areana have been served with papers and will appear in court before friday to sort out this contract trouble. Ouner never bothered to try and clear it up so Gary Hyde has had to take it into his own hands by serving them.

It will be in before the end of the week (with a possibility of it being on friday).

In my opinion the most likely outcome is that Rigondeauz Purse will be frozen however Gary Hydes Lawyer is more than confident of having an injunction in place and that Rigondeaux will not box on friday.

Nothing to do with Hyde. Not his fought Rigondeaux signed two contracts. Hyde is doing a fine job with Luis Garcia, Mike Perez and Alexei Acosta so I'm sure he'd do a good job with Rigondeaux anyway.

 

At 29 he needs to really move it,faster than Gamboa,maybe the same rhythm with Shumenov.

 

yes it is, this is a guy from a third world country that was taken advantage of, where he is from there's n legal representation and no human rights so it's very easy to deceive such an individual , if rigo likes what oner has done with gamboa and lara in the us and wants to fight in front of the cubans in the us so let it be he had already gone through so much . Yeah im sure that hyde is doing such a good job matter of fact i saw a garcia fight about 1 month ago and he was fighting in some low life bar with like 20 people in the crowd i dont see how you call that a good job. he's probably holding them back more than anything if they stay over there

How has he been taken advantage of? Hyde didn't do anything wrong. He offered Rigondeaux a contract and he signed it. And then he went and signed one with Oener. Not Hyde's fault if the guy doesn't know he can only be a part of one promotion company.

And Garcia is progressing well. He's getting good opponents in the ring, his next opponent for one. And he's getting quality sparring, like Carl Froch. And he's being looked after. At least Hyde & McCrory are keeping them in shape. Look at the size Odlanier Solis has got to, to the point where he has no chance of being even a top heavyweight contender unless he drops some serious weight fast.
