Over half the tickets for the event still available.

Any of the LDBC lunatics care to explain? Wilder is a huge draw that deserves a split with Joshua, after all?

This fight should have been in:

    1. Barclays Centre, New York
    2. Las Vegas, Nevada
    3. Atlantic City, New Jersey
    4. Birmingham, Alabama or even Atlanta, Georgia

Los Angeles was a poor choice

They are really throwing the kitchen sink at this to make sure this sells. It's embarrassing. Joshua sells more on his own with no undercard than Deontay does on PPV.

But let's be real here, they can't all be on this undercard SURELY. There's like half of the Showtime team on this card if it's to be believed. They must be planning for the card to start on Friday with the way they are carrying on!

Doesn't matter how many people they put on there, it isn't selling at the crazy price they will try to put it on at.

Are you serious? LMAO, they went from selling $1 million dollars in tickets in just under a half hour, and that was over 2 weeks ago. They still have half the place left to sale :roflmao:This is not a good week for the LDBC :loel:

Also bear in mind that the entire stadium isn't even opened up for the fight. The top tiers will be empty.

They were hoping to sell out the expensive tickets first. A common practice.
But boy oh boy did it backfire!

Now they don't have the money for a solid undercard. Instead we are(maybe) getting Rigondeaux in a mismatch.

Oh god lol, if tickets are really going that miserably now, I know PBC usually just curtains off the empty seating but that is for small FS1 shows and the like. This is a PPV, if ticket sales are still going that bad by the end of October/beginning of November will they still go through with the show? The undercard despite all the rumored talent (that they will never be able to pay, all them names at the end of the year before their budget opens back up) is still just 15-0-3 Isaac Lowe vs the dreaded TBA.

I can guarantee that Arum won't let Dogboe near Rigondeaux, while he's complaining about Crawford not facing Haymon fighters.

Pitiful. With the large stable that Al Haymon, there should be no excuse to have a terrible undercard.

If I was Haymon, I would put out all the stops on the undercard and load it with all the PBC stars. He can afford it.

Who in the world said Wilder is a huge draw? I like Wilder and think he's currently the best heavyweight , but I can confirm he's nowhere near being a huge draw. But, with the right promotion he has the potential to produce very good numbers.

Also, the promotion for this fight has been pathetic. I live in Los Angeles and haven't heard a thing about this fight. If it wasn't for me watching boxing online and being on this forum I wouldn't even know that Staples Center had an upcoming World Heavyweight Title fight in December.

As critical as I am of Hearn He would've promoted this clash between Wilder-Fury 10x better than either DiBella and Warren.

Wilder couldn't sell out fighting in a car park in Alabama. And he has tried many times.
