You guys are just incredible. Now all of the sudden this Donaire is P4P material just because of 1 spectacular win. Well, this " spectacular fighter " was easily dominated by a 3-3 fighter and lost by UD in his 2nd pro fight. Tell me, does that sound like a future hall of famer? When has Rigondeaux or Gamboa lost to a 3-3 by UD starting their careers? NEVER...

It's crazy to think that Donaire will beat a Cuban legend and possibly the best amateur fighter of all times. People get carried away too easily, Rigondeaux will school this kid if this fight happens or when it happens with his awesome reflexes and defense and don't forget those " 1 punch KO body shots ". Those votes don't mean jack, it just shows how many ignorant posters we have here!!!

This post just makes me laugh! It seems to me that the vast majority of people immediately think of a Black fighter with a Spanish name as Dominican or Boricua and seem to forget ( or don't know ) that over 75% of Cubans in the Island are black. I also saw another poster calling Odlanier Solis a Boricua, man wake up people! The Cubans have always been a force in boxing and baseball and 98% of them are blacker than black! :good

I don't know about flaws, we all have it, but you are talking about a double Olimpic Champ and mulitiple world champ that on his 8 fight won a belt against a taller ex-champ that couldn't touch him, I didn't like most of the last 5 rounds, but he won those rounds anyway, those belts and medal are not accidents, don't sell Rigondeaux cheap just because one fight, look at the whole picture.

    :patsch:patsch

Bernard Hopkins lost to a 0-0 fighter who finished his career 3-1 in his first fight. Manny Pacquiao got KTFO by a 11-4-4 bum in his 12th fight.

Tell me, do they sound like future hall of famers?

Lay off the crack for a day or two.

Donaire knocks Rigondeaux's ass back to Ivory Coast.

Rigondeaux to win a ud and we would all hate him a little more as he would put a textbook showing of amateur boxing skills and would'nt trade with donaire at all.

Yes, but you don't see that happening with none of the top Cubans, only boxers from other countries go through those rude awakenings in their learning process but the Cubans come already very well schooled. Leave the insults at home compadre...

You got it right, but he doesn't need to trade with anyone as his game is to " box " and not fight. Two very different things... :good

Dominated by a 3-3 fighter? LOL cut that **** out, you didn't see that fight. That was 10 years ago in a 5 round fight.....and a fight where he broke his left hand.

Gamboa and Riggy have questionable chins. Gamboa tastes the canvas seemingly every fight against C level fighters and once Riggy stepped up the comp, he got knocked down and ran the rest of the fight lol. And leave it to a Cuban to bring up amateur credentials and all that **** into this......I got news for you homie.....This ain't the amateurs, this is the pros, where you fight to hurt the opponenent....not just pitty pat bull**** to score points. Not many of these Cuban amatuer "legends" carry over their amateur success to the pro game.....
