Everyone's primed. Separate matches, obviously... lol. What happens?

    Rigo most likely tames them.

Who around Rigo's weight from that era from you favor against him? Anyone?

Personally I favor Jeff Fenech and Wilfredo Gomez to beat Rigo convincingly at super bantamweight. Naoya Inoue as well.

How about Olivares, Zarate or Zamora?

Oh man - I’m thinking Rigo could get Moon at the least… maybe unless Moon just overpowers him? I don’t know actually…

I can’t see why Inoue would beat Rigondeaux if Donaire failed.

With Olivares and Zarate it’s hard to really know mainly because those fighters have not fought at Rigo’s weight before (122), nor had fought someone with Rigo’s style. With Zamora I think Rigo would be all wrong for him as he was a rather crude fighter by comparison.

Rigo himself is a hard fighter to assess because of how lackluster his whole career had turned out. Other than the Donaire win he just hasn’t gotten enough quality wins to fully gauge his capabilities, especially when you also consider his quit job against Lomachenko.

Styles make fights. Inoue is the more skilled boxer than Donaire and knows how to quickly adapt.

He's easy to hit and hasn't fought any elite boxers who could punch. If a past it Nery could drop him, I don't like his chances. He's also shown signs of being cautious at 122 which would equal lost rounds to Rigondeaux.

Prime Rigondeaux was a special fighter, one of the biggest underachievers in history, I don’t see many beating him in his prime, not even Inoue.
He was perfect technically, the way he walked guys onto the straight left was perfection and his timing and boxing at range immaculate, precise counterpunching, and could move, and could even fight when he had to, had devastating power also and perfect balance, great defence also.

I just don’t see it. Nery managed to drop Inoue due to Inoue’s reckless need to finish the fight early and it back fired. The very next round he dominates the rest of the fight. Other than that first round and the Donaire fight there isn’t that many fights where Inoue is getting hit clean consistently.

Also Rigo was dropped on more than one occasion by the likes of Ricardo Cordoba, Amagasa, Astrolabio, Donaire, as well as being rocked by Marroquín. Great defensive fighter but he can be hit and dropped to the canvas. I can see Inoue dropping and possibly hurting Rigo bad.

Rigo would suffer flash knockdowns. With Inoue, I've seen him dropped hard, and against Donaire, seriously hurt.

A way past it Donaire did better against him than he did against Rigondeuax at his (Donaire's) pfp peak.

Inoue wasn’t all that hurt when he got dropped by Nery and was able to shake it off like nothing. A good shot that caught him coming in but hardly a punch that was anything dangerous. Rigo on the other hand has been dropped by a jab, knocked down, and stunned by lower level opponents.

Inoue did get clipped hard by Donaire but was able to stay on his feet. Past it or not Donaire is still considered a dangerous puncher and it was impressive how Inoue was able to take it well for the first time. It’s easy to forget that Donaire himself is an ATG that gave an admirable effort against Inoue the first time. Yes Rigo did beat a better version of Donaire in easier fashion but he had the right style to beat him. Impressive performance but as stated before styles make fights. Inoue was able to rectify his initial fight against Donaire by blowing him away in 2 rounds in the rematch.

He loses to all of them.
