Floyd by UD. For the simple reason that he's just the more skilled fighter of the two. Pac has flaws that can clearly be exposed by top notch counterpunchers. I do think that Pac will give him a decent fight though.

 

anyone who says mayweather by ko please explain why. With six fights at welter or over he has two ko's and the rest are points. Mayweather schooled marquez and was landing at will, why did he not get knocked out?? Yet pac who is more of a welter than marquez will ever be is gonna get knocked out? What am i missing? what welter fights of mayweathers do you have access to that i dont? Absolutely no prob with ppl saying floyd by UD btw.

 

Floyd by stoppage, Pac is going to get nailed with the straight right constantly from the 6th round onwards in my opinion. Can see Pac winning the early rounds, but Floyd will adjust and cause him **** loads of problems with his straight right.
