does the gun boat get mauled by the younger tyson or does he manage to get tyson out of there easily with a k.o. thoughts?
I've never seen Gunboat Smith but I say Tyson. KO 1 Smith himself said he should have stuck to fighting men 175 pounds or less, but in those days you had to fight 'em all.
Mmmmm ... I think Tyson manages to duck the Gunboat's Occipetal punches. Smith caught Langford when Sam was slouching off the training -- Langford sometimes needed wake-up calls to get him serious; Sam pretty much disolved Smith in their rematch.
Without film it is verry hard to pick out the strengths and weakneses of Smith's style. He was clearly a helacious puncher and a borderline great fighter, but his results against the best of his era do not justify him being picked over Tyson.
