Imagine if Èder was a super flyweight instead of a bantamweight, Ballas also held his title for a longer time, who wins?

My personal opinion: Èder by UD,since Ballas had a strong chin and amazing defense that kept his head from flying over so many times in his long career, but considering Jofre had some amazing skills too,I'd like to say he could won this by decision, Legrà was a good defensive fighters too yet Jofre worm him out and took him in the late rounds.

Jofre was a much better BW than Ballas was a Super Fly, if that's what you're asking.

Jofre is a lock as a top 3 ATG BW.

Ballas has an extremely impressive paper record, but his wins over ranked contenders are few and far between, he's not in my top 10 Super Flyweight's of all time, despite it being a much newer and historically less deep weight division than BW.

Is this a serious question? The best fighter to ever lace up gloves below 122 versus a merely good fighter.

Ballas was very talented technically, but he was also an alcoholic underachiever that talked in interviews about going through the motions for most of his career just so he could fuel the lifestyle, and also a fighter with no real power that was closer to a natural Flyweight than Bantam...he wasn't any bigger than Santos Laciar. Jofre is too big, fit, active and hard hitting for him, he was a largeenough fighter that he could have made a good go of Featherweight earlier in his career if he'd wanted.

At best for Ballas he would give it a good effort, maybe bag some early rounds, and then get stopped/retire sometime in the middle rounds when Jofre starts getting to him more. basically a more one-sided version of the Watanabe fight. Or he might get knocked out quite early and suddenly. Jofre had great power and when reading accounts of many of his knockouts of contenders, he seemed to turn fights quicker with single shots at least as often as Olivares or Zarate did.

Ballas was pretty good, but yeah, different levels...
