Hi guys, I am looking for an exercise for the mid part of my abs. Top and bottom are solid and defined, however cant seem to get the middle part. Just around my belly-button.
Floor wipers! Lie on your back, take a 40 kilo barbell and hold it out as if you had just benched it. Then rais your legs together to one side, return to the middle and raise to the other side. Probably loads of videos on youtube.
Your ab functions as a whole, you cannot train part of your ab it's simply not possible. What you probably want is lose your last bit of fat.
do planks and crunches, but with the crunches dont come up all the way, only come up half way and that will target your mid section...
