:good Thanks Flea...... I just finished the fight with Lopez.......impressive ! He reminds me a little Azumah Nelson, sometimes....
I like this one against Willie Jensen: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQCXLhkr_Fk[/ame] seems I have his fight against Furesawa and Takada also. I'll have to check when I get home tonight.
I think Espadas' main weaknesses were a lack of top-end durability, physicality and resilience to numerous tough fights. Not that he had glaring weaknesses in those areas like the superbly skilled Alfonso Lopez did or conqueror Chan Hee Park, but it's likely to be an issue, if not the difference over 15 rounds against the likes of Gonzalez\Accavallo\Laciar\Chiono, especially in a series etc...the stamina laden strong fighters with ability to quickly recover. He had the measure technically of a slowing but still really good Gonzalez, yet Betulio just ground away at him with dogged consistency and used his strength and range advantages well in carving out an arguable decision. one of the most educated left-hands in the division though. He fits in well with compatriots Chucho Castillo, Gato Gonzalez etc there and in overall style, though is more of a pressure fighter.Good feet, good upperbody slipping and countering, typically strong Mexican offensive variety.
No mention of the controversial first Morales fight yet? [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_27rxxmbMJo[/ame]
