He was holding on the the ropes. And he was completely gone mentally. If you see the clock on youtube the ref started counting at six even though he's been down about 8-9 seconds. + the ref got in the way a few seconds before the KD, impeding Andrade when he had Bute on a platter.

 

The ref picked up the count from the timekeeper,he counted slow or not fast enough I guess.

You have CarlesX7 denying the KO in this thread, when everyone knows at the time Bute got up, which is 8 or 9, he then falls over on the ropes at the 10 count. This fight was obviosly bought and paid for by Bute's associates.

THat is in this thread, there are others on the forum who also protect the judges actions.
