Yep, that was in Elorde Gym, the same day Manny introduces the legendary Freddie Roach to the House of Representatives of the Philippines. My boyfriend's an avid fan of him, who closely keeps track of Manny's training and boxing as a sport :good
This is what Margarito's trainer is saying in Benjamin's other thread! Scary, isn't it?:shock::shock: I just hope Roach has the correct combinations for the specific fighter who loves to do upper-cuts like what he did against an upper-cut prone Cotto!
This one i agree with you and is NO secret. But Quartey got KD by Oscar in the 11 or 12th i think where Oscar won the decision. If that were pac, it would be round two KO. :good
hah. quit trollin, bro. you've admitted to being a guy and the girl in the picture " does indeed have a nice pek pek" by your own admission. it's pretty funny watching people not catch on though.
speed, speed, speed. He reminds me of a younger Kobe Bryant. I am wondering though why he still punches SO hard even if they're concentrating on speed. It's an innate gift I guess. :smoke
Boxing moves are learned through muscle memory and constant repetition. I am unable to view the clips for the time being, but regardless, this is true in every aspect in boxing. It is important to pay attention to detail as a fighter, a trainer, or as a keen observer...which is all acquired through repetition and experience as well. Basically, the moves get easier as you repeat them thousands (literally) of times. Kind of like a banner I once noticed that hangs in King's Gym in Oakland: The harder you train, the luckier you get.
lol. i'm just saying. I remember when he first started posting that someone asked if the girl in his pic had a nice pek pek. i have a tendency to remember random ****, that just so happens to fit.
