    Sports like cycling not really comparable with pro boxing in terms of PEDs. Drug testing isn't year-round and it's largely voluntary in boxing - which means most PED users can largely do what they like.

    It's why accusations at people who refuse to submit to the testing are probably fair, but anyone submitting themselves to it can be treated with less suspicion.
