Barrera should have won the first fight, and would have effectively been 2-0 over Morales.

Marquez - He beat John, Pacquiao at least once, and the Norwood fight was super close. He could effectively be an undefeated fighter.

How about Collazo? A win over Hatton and Berto would be pretty big, although HAD he beat Hatton he probably would have fought some higher quality WW opposition and been whupped, so basically if we are going with strictly by the numbers wins, Collazo would benefit greatly, but if we go by the 'alternate-universe' way of looking at it, he would probably not be in such great shape, as Cotto, Margarito, Mosley (obviously) and P Will wwould all most likely put a serious hurting on him, and that is probably who he would have fought if he had beaten Hatton.

    If that makes any sense...

Great choice, I was shocked nobody mentioned him until now. He should have wins vs Foreman, Ali, and Norton on his record, and would've been the only fighter to do so. Instead, he didn't even get the title despite having proven he deserved it. The Ali fight in particular was a terrible robbery.

Jeff Fenech is another one. Had he not been robbed in Nelson 1, he would've been a 4 weight champ.

If no one has mentioned him - what about Emmanuel Augustus? He still wouldn't have a great record but he would certainly have a much better one - I guess that satisfies the original question.

Why? He deserved those wins too. People kill me with this kind of logic. Oscar flat out dominated Tito and Mosley in the second fight. The fights aren't even debatable about who really won. However, you can make a strong case for Oscar winning against Whitaker, Ike, and Sturm. See the difference? A reasonable case can NOT be made for Tito or Mosley in the 2nd fight.

Everytime that Oscar has a semi-close fight, everyone acts like he lost. If Oscar doesn't dominate every minute of every round... he lost. People act like rabid Oscar fans say that he won fights that he didn't... yet the first fight against Mosley is about as close as a fight could be.... yet people aren't on here claiming that Oscar deserved the decision or was robbed... are they? IMO, the fight was about dead even going into the 12th and Mosley pulled it out with a great 12th round. Simple as that. You can't call close fights like Oscar-Whitaker, Oscar-Quartey ect... robberies anyways. However, Oscar vs Tito and Mosley in the 2nd fight should not have even been close calls.
