Iran Barkley beat Hearns twice. Knocked him out in first fight and good decision win in the second.

 

Jose Luis Ramirez ....He has wins over Pernell Whitaker and Edwin Rosario

 

Oliver McCall....Lennox Lewis and Larry Holmes

 

Lebedev is a great mention. Same with McCall.

 

From the OP I got the impression, that Saintpat was looking for nobodies/journeymen - who somehow managed to beat at least a couple of outstanding fighters. But nearly all the men named here were themselves world class boxers - which probably isn't what he had in mind.

But if we're talking about boxers who never approached world class, with wins over more than one boxer of at least HOF-status, then there aren't a whole lot. Besides Lawler and Meehan, we can mention:

Tony Bland - who beat Mandell and Zivic
Johnny Lucas - who beat Holman Williams and Cocoa Kid
Eddie Doland - who beat Wolgast and Burley
Don Williams - who beat Angott, Jenkins and Ike Williams

 

Uriah Grant has wins over Saad Muhammad and Tommy Hearns.

 

Jimmy Young- beat Foreman and could have beaten Ali had he fought sensibly.

 

Most of the fighters mentioned in this thread thoroughly deserved their wins.

 

Weirdly, Fireman Jim Flynn has wins against the same two legendary figures.

 

Tim Bradley's win over Pacquiao was undeserved and his win over Marquez is highly disputable too.
