See I knew you have some type of common sense. I'm not saying he is a bad fighter, he's good but talks of Guzman "ATG" is just ridiculous. I am definitely taking the opportunity to speak my mind when Guzman pussies out against Nate Campbell.
Just thought admitting it was an odd phrase, as if we all love and have great affection for Guzman He's good, could have been a beast at lower weights but at lightweight I'm not convinced - not least after yesterdays stunt. I think power could be a serious issue.
Guzman is an elite fighter and he is probably better than Nate Camobell who is also an elite fighter. I can't wait for this fight. Get 'um Nate!
The quality of some of his wins is less than stellar. I think people give him too much praise some undeserving.
Guzman is overrated in spots. But it's not like many people have him in their top 12 pound for pound.
He is not overrated,if anything he is underrated,he is an elite level fighter with great skills,speed,jab.He just ****ed up in his biggest career fight not making weight
Sure he is. Take away Floyds power, ring generalship, boxing fundamentals, offensive arsenal, commintment to the jab, stamina, and focus AND VOILA! You have Joan Guzman. A reflex fighter who fights in spurts, lets himself get caught on the ropes, loses rounds by being outhustled, and holds his hands ridiculously low and hasnt fought an amazingingly low number of 3 elitle level fighters in his whole career while having his dick sucking fans declare him the greatest fighter below 147 But BY GOd the man is a future ATG :roll:
