Theres a big difference from fighting some journeyman on an undercard in Wales to fighting Scotlands finest fighter today in front of a partizan home support.

 

Scotland's finest had a close fight with Foster Jr though.

It would be good for Britain to have another World Champ but I just can't see it. Never been able to quite believe in AAA. Good enough to win and defend a European title but I doubt he'll go further than that.

man, Guzman is an old punk. I just cannot believe that everyone here cant see this guy for what he is, a WBO title holder who has fought no-one of note.

& ESB are buying into the Guzman hype BIG TIME. Hes an overweight old super-bantam with fast hands & nothing else. He will be destroyed in Scotland & he knows it. the quicker everyone else here wakes up & smells my coffee the better, cos this Guzman love has gotten so out of control here that I often wonder if Im talking to a bunch of dominicans every time I post here.

 

He hasn't had that many fights though, there is not that much wear and tear on him. I've said on here that he will school AAA but I hold my hands up and say I was very wrong to say that. The reason being is that I have only seen him fight once - in his last outing. He looked slick as hell. But I've checked his record and he had split decision win a while back, so he's not invincible.

 

I dunno??? He schooled Barrios (despite what one of the judges said) and a unbeaten-in-about-eight years Soto. Arthur hasn't fought any opponent of that kind of pedigree.

Guzman is a borderline top 10 P4P.

Don't want to start an argument, but I think Guzman will ****in tear him a new *******....and I'm not Dominican.

 

Just been watching Guzman on YouTube - it's his handspeed that is gonna do for AAA.

 

and his footwork; this is a guy who could afford to take lazy spells against Barrios and Soto (two very good pressure fighters).

His victory over Agapito Sanchez is very good as well, albeit at a lower weight,

 

Look. I know most who pick Guzman to beat Arthur easily say so without having watched much/if any of Joan Guzman in action. If they had, they would see serious flaws in Joan Guzman, & wouldnt be so bold with their predictions.
So you say you watched Guzman once. You probably have seen Joan Guzman once more than most posters here.

If the fight still goes ahead as planned, I will get my last laugh on the doubters. & thats all that matters in my tiny mind. Revenge after all the **** I have had to read from Guzman fanboys who dont even know the first thing about the dominican dickhead.

Barrios was an overrated fighter whose claim to fame was being brutally KO'd by an even more overrated brazilian. & when Barrios fought Guzman? he was out of shape, overweight & out of sorts, & STILL Guzman couldnt put a dent in him.

Dont let me riun your party though. Just keep believing in Guzman. Thats of course if he even dares set foot in bonnie Scotland.
