    And Soto???

In fact if you are such an expert on Guzman's flaws, tell me what they are, and then tell me why Arthur will beat him; what does Arthur have over Guzman, in any facet of the game, that would lead you to such a deluded conclusion.

I could level the same argument at you that you are deluded because you think Guzman is better than Arthur in every department.

Now calling me deluded isnt going to get us anywhere fast, & I thought you said you werent looking for an argument???

Too true:good Apologies; maybe the effects of the beer. I think Arthur is a very good fighter, but I think Guzman is just that bit better. I was really looking forward to this fight, and when it was called off I was gutted; which would have not have been the case if I honestly thought it was gonna be an easy blow-out win for Guzman. But I have watched a good few of Guzman's fights, and I think he takes it.

I'm no Guzman fan-boy. There was a poll on the General Forum 2day about "your current top 10 P4P", and a lot of the posters were placing Guzman there, in the bottom half of the 10; I didn't, but I think Guzman is on the fringe.

I don't know wether to laugh or cry when i read "Guzman is small and has no power" when Arthur nearly got KO'd by Steven Foster Jr who is also small, has no power and is a bum compared to Guzman. :D

This is ridiculous, wtf is the hold up. If the fight was delayed, why not at least announce a new date, why the fuk is this taking so long. Sheesh what's wrong with scottish fighters, first harrison now this douche, seriously stop fuking around and just fight already. Guzman should be fighting people like pacquaio, marquez or valero, not this loser.

I;ve wathced Guzman more itmes than you've fantasised about having Arthurs balls in your gob and the dude is a hard as nails, masterful boxer who would beat the haggis out of Arthur.

We are all insane though Dunky. None of us have seen Guzman fight and we dont know **** about bozxing.:lol:

I'll try my best; here we go:

Good speed, good power, great footwork, great upper body/head movement, slips punches very well (hardly ever takes them flush), great defence full stop (even though he has a tendancy to fight "hands-down"), great chin, very good accuracy, measures distance extremley well, excelent counter-puncher, rapier-like jab when he uses it.

After listing off the points I believe that his counter-punching skill is his most effective weapon; let the other guy throw first and then punish him (thats what won him the fights against Barrios and Soto), and could win him the fight against Arthur.

The distance thing is also a huge asset.

In addition he has the natural confidence of the unbeaten fighter.

hmm. It was interesting to note you didnt mention if Guzman could take it to the body or not.
Its Guzmans weakness IMO. His achilles heel if you like.

I thought the great defence part covered that, but to be honest I can't remember him ever being hurt with a body shot; he doesn't look soft around that area; always looks in good shape.

Would you agree with the rest of the summary?

If you bothered to check the schedules you would have realised that you will only have to wait 6 more weeks. 14th June. http://www.boxrec.com/schedule.php?country=UK&title=&tv=&SUBMIT=Go

Looks like Guzman was ready for the date and Arthur wasn't and they using it as an excuse to postpone, which they would have had to do anyway as Arthur is injured
