I didnt say that, I said I would retire from ESB when Scotty retired. That was many moons ago, & as far as I know Scotty hasnt retired. The goalposts moved though when Scotty let me down, so I have unfinished business here. & that is having the last laugh on the legions of Guzman gimps on this forum who have attacked me for daring to say Arthur will win.

Oh, & I almost forgot to say, of course if Guzman beats Arthur I will hang around to take my medicine. I wont be like the Guzman gimps who will disappear when their man gets beaten.

Bull****. I ****ing guarentee you have never seen Jandaeng fight. 100%. The guy has no decent wins on his resume, which is why you call him a "sack of turd", but the guy really is good. Not a world beater, but he could beat Arthur. Really tough, resiliant and strong, and throws powerful punches.

Arthur wouldn't do as good against JMM as Jandaeng did. I doubt he will do as good against Guzman either.

Nonsense! You're entire argument is based upon the incorrect assumption that nobody aside from yourself has seen Guzman. You just assume people are picing Guzman on name value and probably the fact that he is a big name foreginer. That's not the case at all. I've seen plenty of Guzman and probably less of Arthur, and I realise that Guzman is simply too much for the Scot.

Seriously, drop the "woe is me" attitude, stop crying for a minute and break the fight down. I'm talking strengths vs. weaknesses and how the styles clash. If you know so much, you can do this right? Or is it easier to throw your toys out of the pram and start crying about how little Alex Arthur has no fans?

Come on Dunky! You seem a good guy and all, but from my standpoint I see Guzman as a good odds-on favourite. I've given my reasons why Guzman will win; now you tell me why Arthur wins; the body shots argument is a long shot because Guzman blocks with his elbows or just dodges out of the way; not to mention the fact that when he gets hit below the head area he doesn't seem that troubled by it (Barrios - not a bad fighter in my opinion- hits his opponents with good boodshots; just ask the unbeaten eastern european guy he knocked out in the first round)

And if Arthur does win I promise you, I will party with you. There is no personal thing for me here; I just think Guzman is the better fighter.

As for me crying & throwing my toys out of the pram? Well all I can say is it isnt me challenging people to fights in this thread cos they dont agree with my viewpoint, but I dont see anyone pulling up the people who are doing that to me.

Whilst I don't neccessarily agree with Dunky's prediction, I respect him for being brave enough to make this pick, rather than the sheep that don't know **** and just hop on Guzman's jock because its fashionable
