Nice find Macdaddy:yep & remember also, Barios was also overweight & out of shape when he fought Guzman. However, our posts wont stop the Guzman loving, only Arthurs left hook to the body will, & then its party time
Imagine how good Eubank would be if he had more speed? I just did earlier in the thread, & I imagined Joan Guzman. do I really have to explain my posts over & over again? Once again though no-one took me up on the fact that Guzman is weak to the body. Why? Cos they simply refuse to see Guzmans glaring weaknesses. Weakness to the body is just one of them. However, Im wasting my time pointing out Guzmans weaknesses, cos no-one wants to listen. You will all be listening though after the fight. listening to me being a right smug *******. Thats right.
He maybe isn't the all-action heavy punching superstar everyone thought. :deal Average of 57, say 60, punchs a round or 1 every 3 seconds. If he throws his superfast superpowerful flurries this might equate to 12 blinding flurries. or one every 15 seconds, of which of course only 36% will land. Arthur has every right to be scared of this destruction machine.
Man, im honestly lost for words trying to have a serious debate with you. I say Guzman is like Eubank but with faster hands, you counter with "wow! A speeded up version of Eubank would be the greatest fighter of all time!" style posts. My goodness. It should be me slapping my head in disbelief here.
Not confirmed at all, but i'm thinking the re-scheduled bout may be at the Braehead arena. As said, nothing confirmed...just noises that i'm hearing! Just sent off my original tickets today for a refund! Pain in the arse!
I've heard it's in Glasgow too... But - I've also heard from the same source that as of last night the fight will NOT happen, and it's Arthur who is pulling out... TBC
Not heard anything about that D.Haye...would seem a bit odd if it were true. As for the glasgow thing, it was from the ticketing place I got my tickets for the original date. They 'thought' the re-scheduled fight would be at the braehead. Thats as solid as my source is, so not for sure.
You are not worth having a serious debate with when it comes to AAA. And I'm not being sarcastic or trying to provoke you. But I'd be very surprised if anyone agreed with your above quote.
Wins over former titleholders Humberto Soto (who was top 5 at 130 at the time), Jorge Barrios, Javier Jaregui, and Agapito Sanchez. Hell of a lot better than the guys Arthur has beaten. I'm no Guzman fan, and I agree that his resume isn't that of a P4P type fighter, but I just see no way that Guzman doesn't win by pretty lopsided decision. You're right though about his power - while Guzman is muscular, he has no power at 130.
Agapito Sanchez was also well past it when Guzman beat him. I agree though, Arthur doesnt have a Soto on his record. apart from that though, Guzmans record isnt much better than arthurs. remember, Arthur has wins over two europan champions, Gulyakevich & Sinitzen. hes also got a win against Gogoladze, these guys compare to most names on Guzmans resume. & remember, Guzman beat a fat & out of shape version of Barrios, & Barrios? well he was never really all that. Hes best remebered for being brutally KO'd by a brazilaian. I have no problem with proper Guzman debate my good man, but you have to understand Im normally arguing with Guzman fanboys who think hes the ultimate killing machine. Thats why I am what I am, cos Im frustrated with their stupidity.
