GUZMAN CALLED OUT Vicente Escobedo AND JUAN DIAZ AND BOTH FIGHTER SAID HELL NO !!!!

Nobody wants Guzman. Not even pacman. This is no surprise to me.

 

Funny how Guzman's nickname changed from Lil' Tyson to Guzrun the minute he won a championship belt!

My take is that he suffers from the same fear that plagues Floyd.
They're both afraid to lose that 0 and will do just enough to keep it!

 

Yeah, for a second or two at several points during the fight he came within punching range. I'm not denigrating his boxing skills, I'm just saying that even as a boxing fan who appreciates the finer points of pugilism, I'm not going to pay to watch Guzman avoid a fight all night. That means NO average fans have any interest in seeing him.

 

Why would they?

1. He has no titles
2. He doesnt bring any of $$$ to the table
3. The networks are not high on him at all
4. His style is not very fan friendly, so even if you beat him it will be ugly
5. Theres a better than 50% chance that he will pull out and leave you high and dry


So why would anyone go out of their way to make a fight with him?

Guzman has real good speed and he seems to have a sturdy chin. But these two attributes has led some to treat him as someone equal to the true stars of the sport.

He does have a glaring number of flaws, hes feather fisted for one, his defense is poor and his stamina is ****.

But I feel that his greatest asset is his style, him being to be able to match up well to decision slower fighters. I dont think this would be the case against Diaz because Diaz is quick and has tremendous stamina.

 

Make all the excuses u want. Guzman at 130 or below would school Pacman any day of the week.

 

to be honest im a fan of guzman, but he seems to be the one responsible in ****ing up his career. one of the most talented, yes, but he seems to lack will and desire that is why he is not elite

 

Guy wont fight Zab well I guess thats coming up too much in weight but again who wants to see this guy run around the ring throwing a jab. I have no interest in seeing this mug.
