    Good luck to Alex, I think for him to pull of a shock it is necessary for him to fight a highly disciplined fight, where he paces himself and tries to land the classier shots. If he can establish his jab then he has a good chance

    Gay as it is I actually dreamt about this fight last night. Arthur was down in the 10th and got straight back up and iced Guzman with a . . . left hook!!! WTF????

    Oh, and the fight was in a pub in St Andrews for some reason. :lol:

    Oh Guzman will win- I have little doubt but I hate all this anti arthur bull****... he's a talented fighter and a credit to boxing. Plus he's willing to take a step up against the best. He is not without a chance he's a lovely, correct boxer with a good dig and bags of heart.

    I was watching one of Guzmans fights earlier on today, & it was one of his supposed greatest wins. & Im telling you, Guzman has flaws which Arthur can & will exploit. In fact, the more I watch Guzman the less I think of him as a so called 'elite' fighter.

    He who laughs last laughs longest & loudest, & it is I who will be bringing your post up when Arthur wins to have my last laugh.

    Its not even the antiArthur stuff that gets to me so much, as on this forum many posters have been fair with Arthur, & expect him to lose & thats fair enough. Its the Guzman arselickers that do my big scottish tits in, all this "Guzman is so amazing, hes going to laugh in Arthurs face before crushing him in the first 10 seconds of the fight"

    Its crazy stuff, cos I watch Guzman & I just dont see how people think hes so bloody wonderful! I could go into detail bout his flaws, but Im not going to. Why? cos Im enjoying the hype Guzman is getting, people are building him up too much & when Arthur shoots him down this win will be HUGE, thanks to the Guzman gobshytes:D I cant wait to come in here when Arthur wins & say TOLD YOU SO! as Kevin Keegan would say, when Arthur wins I will just love it:smoke

    Howabout an avatar bet? 6 months for you if Guzman wins, lifetime for me if Guzman loses?

    You can't be serious. Guzman is the most underrated fighter in the entire sport. The boxing media has never given him the respect he deserves even though he's one of the best fighters in the world.

    You don't understand how good Guzman is because you do not understand anything about boxing. It's a simple fact. I hope after Guzman destroys Arthur you won't ignore this embarassing thread.

    I will wear an avatar of your choice for 6 months no problem if I lose. But I dont want you to wear an avatar of my choice for life, that would be cruel. All I ask is that when Arthur wins, you come into this thread & let me have my last laugh.

    I would argue that Guzman is the most overrated fighter in the sport. Well, by people like you anyway. I dont understand how good Guzman is? Well I could argue back that you simply dont know how good Arthur is.
    Lets just say I have watched more Arthur fights than you, & I have have seen enough Guzman fights to know he isnt the monster you make him out to be.
    But Im glad you are so cocksure, cos its only going to make my last laugh a loud bellowing laugh that will shake Brit ESB to its rafters.

    Yes, we have a deal. If Guzman somehow loses (and pigs start to fly) you can be sure I will apologize for my insults and let you laugh at me forever. However it won't happen, it's physically impossible. Guzman could give Arthur 10 free tries at cracking his chin with his best shots and he wouldn't even get stunned. Since you made the penalty of losing the bet smaller for me, I'll change it up too and say that if Guzman doesn't win by stoppage you don't have to wear any avatar. But when he does, I hope you will honor the bet and wear it for half a year.

    I've only seen three full Arthur fights, but the result of Guzman against him was obvious after 1 minute of watching him.

    You watched Arthur for ONE minute & knew Guzman would beat him? As I have already said, I love your attitude. Its posters like you that are going to have me laughing like a hyena.

    **** all stupid avatar bets, its more personal than that now. The bet is that the loser comes back to this thread & admits that they were so wrong, & the other was so right.

    From what i have seen of both, Guzman is a far better boxer and will beat AAA by late TKO

    But i could be wrong
