Alright, I don't understand. Campbell finally wins a title and he is barking at anyone who will listen. Great he finally beat a guy who was so unfocused due to all the dealings prior to the fight. Juan Diaz was the next big thing and he loses. Now many fans are shitting on him. I feel that Campbell should give him a rematch, but Don King will not have any of that. Again, I have said in the past that Campbell is barking and talking **** and I bet you it is King who has his hand up Nate's ass like a puppet. Nate just wants to cash in before he loses his titles. Now, Guzman calling out Nate and saying he has balls for doing this, please. I could go out there and ask for a title fight. Who says anyone is scared to fight Guzman or Nate. Please.....there are contenders vying to get a title chance and your going to tell me that Guzman is now the #1 contender at LW. How unfair is that for the hard working/fighting contenders trying to get a title match. So what if Guzman was the 130 champ. He has to be placed somewhere in the top ten. Point, Margorito the most feared fighter....please....Williams the most avoided :patsch . I'm shocked that there not saying Quintana is the most fear or avoided. Guzman get in line.

Just so there's no misunderstanding, I'll try to make this perfectly clear.

    You are an idiot.

Last time I checked, you were not a part of Team Campbell, and are not involved in our decision making. And just because Guzman says he wants to go to 135, that doesnt mean the whole division should come to a standstill so he can fight the unified champion in his 1st fight at 135. There are numerous fighters more deserving of a shot than Guzman. Like Casa, Juan diaz rematch, Pac-David Diaz winner, Khan, etc., etc. And if you think anyone is afraid of Guzman, then your insane. HE is the one who keeps pulling out of fights. He pulled out against Katsidis (broke a nail?), and now pulled out against Arthur (forgot to apply for his visa?) Cmon, get real......

We have a WBO mandatory due. At the moment, it is Casa. Purse bid is set for the 23rd. Once Casa turns down the fight and gets stripped, my guess is that Khan will be our mandatory, since he just fought an eliminator. HOWEVER, should the WBO put Guzman in ahead of Khan (even though that would be bs), then guess what, Guzman gets the shot. And even money says he pulls out......again......

Afraid of Guzman? Don't make me laugh.......

Edit: And to the other poster who claims we won't give Juan Diaz a rematch? Here it is.... Juan Diaz can get a rematch ANYTIME he wants it. But you know what? He don't want it. Since March 8th, exactly how many times has Diaz, Savannah, or Golden Boy said they wanted a Campbell rematch? Hint: ZERO

I want to see Campbell own guzman.
Then I want to see Campbell own Khan.

We both know Khan won't fight Campbell unless Campbell is still there 5-10 years from now, broken down from wars, and more washed up then sand on a beach.

I'd still give Campbell 50/50 if he was in a hover-round electric wheelchair.
Drive with left, overhand right ko.

Guzman's a very good slick boxer. I wouldn't know who to pick. I'm leaning towards Nate, but this fight is pretty much 50/50. This is a hardcore boxing fan dream match up....I hope it happens.

So far all announcements, nothing really materializes. Until they are already in the ring, nothing is definite with Guzman (e.g. Katsidis, Harrison etc, etc) . Postponement and cancellation is a norm rather than exemption.

It's all talk.. Both have said they wanted to fight each other, but neither are really trying to make a move to make this fight happen.. JMM better get the fight, before Guzzy takes it, leaving him without a fight..

Campbell wants to fight before October/November I believe...which is perfectly sensible IMHO. I'll never frown on a fighter for wanting to be MORE active which is a rarity.

I don't see why JMM wants to wait all this time either...you'd think he'd be in a rush to get something going and get back on the pseudo comeback trail if you wanna call it that.

This is more intriguing to me than Campbell-JMM. Mainly cos for Campbell-Guzman, this is the best comp both would have faced and it be interesting to see how they fare. JMM is a proven elite.

The problem with that is I can SERIOUSLY see JMM being left out in the cold if this fight went down. Arum has already more or less laid down a bunch of provisions that JMM would have to go through to get a fight with Pac again so that's more or less out of the question.

It would be another example of JMM getting screwed over.

Katsidis has Jesus Chavez in a bounce back fight, Pac and David Diaz are tied up, Casamayor and Juan Diaz are currently tied up to each other and I doubt a guy like Amir Khan is going to be put up against JMM.

    What's left?

Would make some great fight Guzman vs Pac or Maruez, or any of the others.

I think Guzman beats all at Lightweight.

Guzman is definitely the big favorite. You have to give Campbell credit for fighting this, and putting his championships up for grabs.
