I'd like to think he was trying to save face for Setanta by just pretending it was him.

For Bunce to not know what Guzman looks like (different colour of skin from the guy who they showed weighing in, for ****'s sake) is just something that doesn't bear thinking about. I mean the guy is one of the elite fighters in the world (maybe not after the events of the last couple of days), and has been around for years.

I was watching an old boxing video the other night (it was from a Calzaghe bill in Wales) and I think Bunce was sitting at ringside for the Guzman fight that was on. Going on that, I would probably give him the benefit of the doubt.

Problem was he could see the footage; the guy who was weighing in put his hands in the air and Bunce made a comment about Guzman, something like: "you see Guzman raising his arms in the air there" (not word-for-word accurate, but along those lines).

I think he was just trying to cover Setanta's gaff.

What an arsehole Guzman is. If he hadn’t been blowing cocks all week he would have made weight.

I hate to say I told you so guys, but I told you so.

From the minute theGuzman-harrison fight was made many moons go I had to listen to all Guzman & his fans from all over this wide world say how Harrison pussied out, & Guzman was a legend.
Then it came to Guzman-Arthur. Same old.

Fight got called off, Arthur & Warren got the blame from the majority of posters here, cos Guzmans so great, he would never pull out.
Trouble is though, I listened to so many Guzman apologists here over the years that I actually gave Guzman the benefit of the doubt when the Arthur fight fell through. Silly me.

Then, he does this. leaves everyone high & dry at lightweight. Cant make the weight as usual. ****s Campbell up, ****s the fans up.

I always said Guzman was a joke here, & you should have all listened to me years ago instead of doubting me.

In a way I found it funny that hes let all his fans & apologists down so badly YET AGAIN. The many people who defended him? I permit you to wipe the egg from your faces.

Its nice to be proven right again. Lesson over.

The only excuse Buncey can offer for that gaffe is that he is short sighted & the fighters were a blur in his all knowing eye...

Now mediocre Arthur has moved up in weight Guzman might yet get the chance to school him.

Guzman should retire, He's lost all his cerecibility and its become and embarassment that he's constantly pulling out of fights.. hes letting everyone down and as far as im concerned hes a waste of space.
