Yeah because if you had the sound off and watched how badly Guzman got his face busted up, how his activity dropped over the last 5 rounds, how he got staggered, how he got nailed with 80 more shots and threw half as many as Funeka, you would think, "hmmm I think Guzman is winning this fight."
Divac, stop logging in under two different ids for **** sakes. No one agrees with your shitty analysis.
After like the 4th round it was all Ali, after that head butt...and after Guzman slinging himself into a short hook, it was over.
Please, that's such a old argument. I had no stake in this fight and I saw Funeka winning it easily. I'm surprised Guzman made it through the fight. Funeka found his range in round 3 and never let up. BTW, the commentators were all over GUZMAN in the beginning of the fight, fool. Nobody was hyping Funeka. They only changed their tune when the action of the fight changed.
Guzman did not win the last round, not even close. Rounds 1,2,5,6, and 7 for Guzman. Rounds 3,4,8,9,10,11,and 12 for Funeka. In the first half Guzman clearly landed harder and cleaner.....good work to the body as well.....but he went south, particularly after Funeka hurt his badly in one of those rounds past the mid-point. Guzman completely lost steam down the stretch, and was dominated the last several rounds. 115-113 Funeka!
Bleeding and scoring are 2 different things. I don't think anyone said that Guzman won the fight. I had guzman winning 4 rounds. I didn't watch much the 12th. Give that to Guzman. and I have it 7 rounds to 5. Funeka gets the 12th, 8-4. It wasn't the decision I was expecting to say the least. I could have even gone 9-3 Funeka. The draw saved me money though...
With judges like these, it doesn't matter how good Andrade looks. If it goes to the cards, Bute will win.
Obviously you don't know boxing if you EVER DREAMT that Guzzy could beat or even be competitive with PAC.
