I dont think so.
He will go back to what he does best and counter. People dont realize that the only reason he has been getting hit lately is that he has been trying to become more crowd pleasing to attract interest into the Pac fight.
Now all he has to do is do what he does best and counter Pac.

 

hypothetically, lets say JMM beats Pac (which isn't out of the realm of possibility) who does Guzman call out? JMM or Pac..

 

I think he would call out Pac still. Of course he would want to fight Pac just to prove he is better than him.
There is a rematch clause though so if JMM wins we get JMM-Pac 3!!
That should be great.

This is the toughest matchup for Guzman at 130, but he would still win a clear decision. Marquez would fight Guzman's fight more than vice versa and his speed would be too much for JMM, especially a past-prime one with slightly worse reflexes. Guzman would potshot and fight more cautiously than ever before, but he would win.

pac will stop jmm this march. when it happens, guzman can fight the likes of valero. just don't know if it would sell.
