Guzman.. He has fast hands, great defense, very good chin, and I don't believe Pac can seriously hurt him. In fact I think he can probably hurt Pac being that Soto is a big 130lber.
I have been saying all thees time that Guzman would be Pac's hardest fight. See my avatar? I have had that for years.. But after tonight's fight, I can say that Marquez is the harder fight for Pac. Marquez hits far harder and has great stamina. Guzman has no serious power and I saw him tire out beginning of 11th. Pac-Guzman will be a real treat for Pac.
And Guzman is a better fighter than the one's Pacquiao has faced lately. Point is, you can't judge a fight by saying a fighter had never stepped to that level before. Each champion steps up at some point.
I really ****ing hope Pac faces Guzman very soon. Guzman is now highly rated and it is a very winnable fight for Pac.
Which has nothing to do with Guzman. Guzman is not Soto. Yes, Pacquiao is better than Soto. Apparently so is Guzman. So bringing it up isn't really relevant.
Pac hasn't faced anyone with Joans technical and Defensive abilities, couple that with his fantastic movement, lightning speed and tough chin and it would be a huge problem for pac, we saw how hard he finds it against counter punchers when he faced JMM the first time, Guzman UD
Weren't they suppose to fight each other? Anyways this fight will probably take place in lightweight. I always thought Guzman was a big featherweight and seems more of a natural lightweight.
