Guzman vs. Sta Cruz

Guzman being able to beat soto by running until he's as tired as an old horse doesn't mean he can steamroll cruz and diaz easy like soto COULD ARGUABLY do.

and i do give guzman some credit, i said he'd win by decision, that is by running. cause if he trades, he'd get hurt.

now about guzman stopping diaz late.. i'd give that a second-thought only if diaz is a superbantamweight which is the last division where guzman actually iced a guy. but diaz is a lightweight, and a former junior weltereight. the only two persons to ever stop him is the power-punching pacman and the junior welterweight kendall holt. sorry, but guzman doesn't stop anyone in this division. :hi:

for sta. cruz, i think he's got better boxing skills than soto and he can use his jab to reach guzman whereas soto just chases all over looking like a stiff slow corpse.

Before the fraudulent guzman fandom gets crushed here at ESB on Sept. 13, lets take some time to analyze how guzman would have fared with the lightweights before he gets booted out of contention.
