I think it was ring rust. And, of course, not taking Diaz seriously.

Anyone know if Mayweather Sr is still going to train Guzman?

He should never have been trained by Mayweather for a start. Mayweather is hardly the psychological trainer a talent like Guzman needs in my opinion.

He was probably past prime 2.5 years ago, it just didn't matter as where he had slipped from was so high. Now he has probably slipped a little more, the best he could hope to beat now is Juan Manuel Marquez. Impressive for most fighters, not Guzman though.

Never heard of this guy yet, though I think Funeka, who is bering reported as his next opponent in the undercard for the Marquez-Mayweather fight, should be a more credible foe for Guzman than Moses at this point.

I think it was also the reason why Hatton was pissed off with Mayweather, Sr.:D

And also because Sr.'s antics made the neutral fan root for the other camp. When Ricky realized this it was too late. Add to that his being late in training sessions.

magfag vs guzman...I think that would be a good matchup.

I think guzman's protecting his O big time, but 1 loss and your moneymaker goes out the door in boxing.
