    I haven't felt this excited for a matchup since Wilder/Fury. I think Beterbiev brutalizes Gvozdyk, but one of these guys is going to be a top 5 p4p tomorrow.

    Me too, best matchup of the year for me. I don’t think we’ve seen two guys this skilled, this evenly matched this prime, lace them up in a while. To true boxing fans, this is close to a super fight although neither guy is technically famous among the casuals. The guy who wins this is the best LHW at least for now. Hope the winner fights Bivol soon. He’s boring against the wrong opponent but I suspect either of these guys will bring out the best in him. He’s just a hit undersized but that’s another matter. Can’t wait for this one.

    On one hand I want Gvozdyk to win since my best friend here is Ukranian, and even though he's more of a Usyk/Loma fan and hasn't watched much of Gvozdyk, I know he's rooting for him. On the other hand, I've been a huge Beterbiev fan that's been hyping him up for years. My honest assessment though without any fanboying is Beterbiev stops Gvozdyk.

    Hey, your best friend on here is not Ukrainian, but a huge Gvozdyk fan.:D No fanboying here, I am trying to remain objective and reasonable. It could go either way. But stylistically, The Nail is going to be a handful for Beterbiev, who I think will take too many risks early, and pay or it.

    But I can see that too, Smith caught Beterbiev lacking. If Gvozdyk gets Beterbiev hurt early, the dude throws some fast ass combinations and hits pretty damn hard, so I could see him finishing him off.

    Yeah, Beterbiev is very open to left hooks, uppercuts and straight rights, all of which Gvozdyk throws quite well. If he fights Gvozdyk like he fought Hot Rod, he might be in for a world of hurt. It could possibly end in the first round.

    He's not a real Gvozdyk fan though lol, he watched Reese Witherspoon vs Usyk live but he's not going to watch this fight with me live since he has to go out with his girl. That was kind of a :facepalm: to me.
