Have a fight next month 4 weeks today, out of the 2 either training down the gym or doing hill sprints which would come first. basically i have a day off today and not sure which one i would benifit from the most
Training down the gym i would choose.It will benefit you mostly. But to be frank i dont get the question here.
need to spar really but can only do that twice a week, just thought if i have the time which would be better
You need sports specific work first..some sparring (but only so much, because it also damages you) some lighter drills, mitt work, bag work..all that. however why cant you do both?
