Sparring is sparring. Rumours are rumours. Even if the knockdowns did occur, there is no context. Were both fighters giving it 100%? Was one fighter experimenting or practising a particular discipline? What happens in the gym should stay in the gym. What happens in the ring on fight night is all that matters.

David Price and his fan keep banging on about the "Femi" knockdown, but it's just a weak distraction from his own pitiful career and a desperately pathetic attempt to discredit Joshua.

    Both were KO'd.

Joshua came out and told the story himself.

The other guys in camp with Wlad told what they saw.

What makes it funny is Wlad dropping Wilder in sparring isn’t that big of a deal when you consider he’s an ATG. But Price dropping you in sparring is far worst. David Price is trash to me never saw why people where so high on him other than his size. I mean **** people just wanna hate on Wilder I would rather say I got dropped by Wlad the atg who’s been champ for damn near ten years than David Price sparked me hahaha.

Another example of you not reading my posts...Mr Face Value Imperssionari

The reason nobody should spar Price, is because he is a deadly puncher and there is nothing to learn from sparring him, its like trying to learn the danger of Heroin addiction by injecting Heroin...

Price is a horrible choice for sparring, the reason given is that Joshua was still green and didn't have the luxury of affording any sparring, in fact he was probably pressured to spar Price, which amount to abuse...at those days he probably was fed for price to get his testosterone levels up, since Price was the big cash cow then...

Bryant Jennings thinks they used hire guys as sparring partners to suss them out before they became potential opponents.

Wlad hired Wilder for Wach and Joshua for Pulev. After sparring them both , Wlad must have felt more confidant he could beat Joshua. :frown::frown:

Wlad knocked Wilder down so often and so easily that sparring with Deontay became a waste of time so they removed him from the training camp and sent him home!

The problem for Wilder is that people already accuses him of running from a fight with Wlad when both were fighting and that’s embarrassing enough, but if he admits he was knocked out multiple times in sparring then everyone will know for sure that he ducked Klitschko and ran.

Wlad wasn't doing it for the money. Holding the WBC strap was one of his life long goals. He gave up on it once it fell into Wilder possession.

How on earth is David Price the hardest active raw puncher today?

Who was the best guy Price ever knocked out. Matt Skelton six years ago?

In his last fight, Price was put in a six rounder with a guy whose record was 4-11 ... and it went the distance!

Boy, those Sky Sports hype documentaries Sky produced way back insisting Price would be "the next big thing" certainly linger in the minds of some.

David Price is the Duane Bobick of the UK.

He poses zero threat to anyone with a pulse.
