When Wilder became the WBC champion, Fury was already the mandatory of Wladimir, he had to fight him. After Wlad lost his titles he wanted to get them back but Fury ducked the rematch. After that he took on Joshua which was a far bigger bout than fighting Wilder, Joshua was cash cow and he had more belts than Wilder who was already humiliated in sparring by Wladimir by all accounts. Why do you spend your time with making up flat out lies about Wladimir?
David Price is 6 years older than Joshua, and Wlad is 10 years older than Wilder. So what? Both Wilder and Joshua had been boxing 3-4 years or so when this happened.
Actually Fury became official mando when he beat Hammer and that was after Wilder beat Stiverne. Wlad tried to leap frog Wilder to get a shot at Stiverne when he was WBC champ but Wilder wasn't having any of it and demanded 10M in step aside money knowing that amount would never be paid out. Wlad never spoke about wanting the WBC belt again after Wilder beat Stiverne. Thats not a lie , that the truth. Feel free to prove me wrong with links etc. He took on Joshua for those reasons and because he weighted up both options and deemed Joshua would be the more winnable opponent. Don't pretend like that wan't a factor. Wlad being a 3 time world champ is what was most important to him. " This content is protected http://wbcboxing.com/wbceng/news/2552-wladimir-klitschko-on-hold
This content is protected In the first ten seconds of this clip it is explained what happened when Wlad sparred with Wilder. Wlad always challenged himself against the best.
Wlad beating Wilder pillar to post has been corroborated by several reliable sources. I see no reason not to trust it.
Very true and as the link I supplied states- it’s the worst kept secret in the sport. Wilder was no match for Wlad. Which just by watching them fight should Not be surprising to anyone.
Back then in early 2015 you were accusing Wlad of ducking Fury. You have no shame, none. "Wlad never spoke about wanting the WBC belt again after Wilder beat Stiverne." - Who cares? Fury and Joshua were better opponents than Wilder period. "deemed Joshua would be the more winnable opponent." - So Wlad knocked down Wilder multiple times in sparring, he didn't knock down Joshua, in fact he praised Joshua for his performance in sparring and said that AJ would be the next champion, that means he deemed Joshua the worse fighter? Your logic is completely warped.
We're dealing with a very deluded individual here. He also accused Wlad of ducking Pulev. This clown backed just about anyone to beat Klitschko and as soon as they lost he ditched them. Make no mistake that would have happened had Fury lost as well. This guy is the biggest fairweather on the board, all that drives him is his anti-Klitschko lust. Hell, he's still fixated on it despite the fact that Wlad has since retired!
Wow, I highly recommend reading that. Great quotes. Perfect mix of self aggrandizement and self deprecation. Sparring doesn't mean much, but those are great stories, and I suspect close to the truth.
