This discussion wasn't anything to do with Price's current ability.....you're changing the subject because your argument was flawed.


We were discussing Price as an amateur....

Just face it, you can't name me a British heavyweight who, as an amateur, beat 1 future unified world champ, and also KO'd 1 future unifield world champ in sparring.


As Amateurs, Price was respected above Fury and Joshua.

 

Wilder would've been better off simply saying something like......

"Yeah i learnt a lot from sparring at ATG in Wlad....I've learnt that i will never hit the canvas again".


Keeps his cocky edge whilst also pays respect to the truth.

 

I'm not sure Wilder does have more stamina than Joshua.

Throwing less punches doesn't mean you have better stamina.

 

Or it could mean that Joshua's chin is 8/10 Or 4/10

It could also mean that Price power is 10/10 Or 5/10 etc...

Although the video is kind of embarrassing (he still didn't explicitly deny that he was knocked down twice by Wlad), the video I was referring to was an earlier one, after Wilder had defeated Stiverne for the WBC belt.

It was around time when Wilder's people turned down the idea of unification against Wlad. His manager Finkel said this:

“Look, (Wilder) is a baby winning the title. It was his first title fight, they'll be a time for unification, they'll be a time for all those things, he could go and Povetkin (the No. 2 contender) in Russia and make $10 million,” Finkel said to the Tuscaloosa News. “It's not the right thing yet.
