Wilder hits much harder than Purrity, Sanders Wilder has more stamina, power and speed than the last man to KO Wlad. Let Wlad retire in peace...If you have to pick between Joshua and Wilder, you will obviously pick Joshua, so from now on...Support Anthony Joshua
Corrie Sanders would have knocked Wilder out in the first round.........................hell, Wilder refused to fight an old Vlad, Vlad will be 42 March 25th, he would still knock Wilder out and Vitali at age 46.....................Wilder is lucky to have had a Haymon referee to give Wilder extra time to recover, one more punch and Wilder would have been knocked out by a very sick old man.....................on meds......................
This discussion wasn't anything to do with Price's current ability.....you're changing the subject because your argument was flawed. We were discussing Price as an amateur.... Just face it, you can't name me a British heavyweight who, as an amateur, beat 1 future unified world champ, and also KO'd 1 future unifield world champ in sparring. As Amateurs, Price was respected above Fury and Joshua.
Wilder would've been better off simply saying something like...... "Yeah i learnt a lot from sparring at ATG in Wlad....I've learnt that i will never hit the canvas again". Keeps his cocky edge whilst also pays respect to the truth.
I'm not sure Wilder does have more stamina than Joshua. Throwing less punches doesn't mean you have better stamina.
Or it could mean that Joshua's chin is 8/10 Or 4/10 It could also mean that Price power is 10/10 Or 5/10 etc...
Although the video is kind of embarrassing (he still didn't explicitly deny that he was knocked down twice by Wlad), the video I was referring to was an earlier one, after Wilder had defeated Stiverne for the WBC belt. It was around time when Wilder's people turned down the idea of unification against Wlad. His manager Finkel said this: “Look, (Wilder) is a baby winning the title. It was his first title fight, they'll be a time for unification, they'll be a time for all those things, he could go and Povetkin (the No. 2 contender) in Russia and make $10 million,” Finkel said to the Tuscaloosa News. “It's not the right thing yet. Give him a couple of fights, maybe bring something back to Alabama. Let him develop just like any other athlete. They don't take someone who is a great college prospect and throw him right in. And this kid is a great prospect.” 25 January 2015 Klitschko then went on to fight Jennings in April.
If anybody gets hit clean by David Price, they will need help getting out of the ring Price is a true nuclear power, his problem is the lack of effective delivery methods. His nukes always get blasted inside the Silos without having the chance of using them.
