That was when I was in my early forties before I got married. Maybe I could manage five reps now, I don’t know.
I certainly don’t have the time or motivation to work out as much since I’ve been married but life has got a lot more interesting.
You have low testosterone now, which means your Soyboy tendencies have intensified. Let me know if Im being clear or Jerkish, thank you.
Working out everyday increases testosterone levels. As a matter of fact, people that never work out are predisposed to voting for Democratic candidates. If you used to be a conservative, and you stopped lifting weights or exercising, you quickly change your allegiance to Liberal parties. Its a proven scientific phenomenon, its quite obvious.
gym lifts-220 squat 140 bench 230x3 deadlift competition lifts were lower because i cut weight 210 squat 130 bench with a pause 235 deadlift at 93 kgs all done in my early 40s. i did smolovs squat program leading up to my last comp in 2015,185x3 repsx10 sets on the final day after 3 weeks of intense squatting and the day after i had done 180x5 repsx7 sets. Im not a strong bencher so best was 120x7 after i ran a bench program, ive done 120x5x5 and incline benched 110 for some reps cant remember. Best military shoulder barbell press was 80 kgs for 4 and ive dumbelled the 37.5s for reps at the end of a long workout, didnt really train my shoulders directly.
