remembered some more pbs front squatted 160 kgs,ive done 125x5x5,i used to set aside a day purely for front squats,to me they are an awesome exercise for building both your squat and deadlift. close gripped arms shoulder width apart 130x1 and 120x3,i also used to set aside a day for heavy tricep training but it never really translated to a big bench once all was said and done,i have no idea why. My arms are skinny and it used to make me lol having guys watch me in the gym on the odd occasion I went to a commercial gym a guy(me) with skinny arms repping 110 kgs on close grips for reps. Took a while to build up to that and I did pin myself a few times overshooting.Seriously my arms are tiny. Olympic barbell curled 50 kgs for sets of 10. these pbs are 4 yrs old. Im a lot weaker now. Im looking forward to getting back in the gym.
